CBT and ADHD Coaching (aged 17+).
With over 15 years experience of working within mental health settings. Rachael has a special interest in ADHD and completed extensive specialist additional training, alongside her clinical work.

Sam
ADHD coach and mentor for young people (up to aged 18).
Sam started her ADHD support journey as the founder of 'Clutter No More' but this has now evolved into 'Adapt ADHD'. Sam has lived experience of ADHD, has worked in operational management for many years. Sam is passionate about offering ADHD informed support for young people through mentoring and coaching both in Gloucestershire schools and online.

£50 per session mentoring

Lianne
Adapt ADHD offers personalised coaching for students, parents and adults. Our certified Positive Psychology Coach (PPC) is an experienced global educator, with a wealth of experience leading SEND within schools. Lianne is an Accredited Coach Practitioner with the eminent European Mentor Coaching Council (EMCC). She has extensive experience of empowering individuals to care for their own wellbeing through positive psychology science and interventions.
Lianne can support both adults and young people, to understand neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and Autism, and to move confidently toward their goals. She can also support families and schools in planning SEN provision, aligned with the SEN Code of Practice and EHCP outcomes.

£90 per session for coaching (online)
