A few recent feedbacks for CBT for ADHD clinical work completed by Rachael...

"Rachel has been an amazing part of my adhd journey. The CBT that she does with me has been invaluable in me recognising behaviour patterns and helping to make positive changes and look at things with a fresh perspective. Cannot rate her highly enough." June 2024

"After seeing multiple therapists over the years I was skeptical at first, but Rachael is absolutely amazing - she has taught me skills that I will carry with me forever now, and she is a fantastic listener too"...

..."Rachel, the CBT practitioner has also been excellent. She has been flexible with appointments and understanding when the odd missed appointment happens.
