Lianne
I’m an EMCC accredited coach, SENDCo, and positive psychology practitioner, holding a MSc in Positive Psychology and Psychology of Coaching.
I have a special interest in neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and Autism, and bring a compassionate, person-centred approach to coaching. My practice is rooted in Positive Psychology and strengths-spotting, helping clients of all ages identify and build on their natural talents, and move confidently toward their goals. I truly believe that everyone’s strengths can be harnessed to achieve meaningful goals.
Tailored Support for Young People and Schools:
With extensive experience in secondary school leadership, in both the UK and Dubai, and strategic oversight of Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision*, I understand the challenges that neurodivergent people face and the support they need to succeed. This expertise enables me to provide informed coaching and mentoring for students, helping them develop social skills, emotional regulation, confidence, and practical strategies to achieve their personal and educational goals.
I can also support families to navigate the often-confusing world of EHCPs, MyPlans, and SEN provision. I can guide you through the process of applications, reviews, and understanding the support your child is entitled to, helping you feel confident and informed.
I work with young people 12+ and adults online.
*NPQSENCo qualification in progress
Our little team have known each other for many years. Our passion to help people with ADHD was fuelled after Sam was diagnosed with ADHD several years ago.
After diagnosis, we tried to understand more about ADHD and support available - we didn't know where to start and so little in the way of specific support. Unsure of which direction to go or who to ask we started to delve into ADHD ourselves!
At the time, Rachael was already working as a Cognitive Behavioural therapist in the NHS and Lianne was a trained coach working within education. We found out so much about ADHD, we also felt that our experiences within life/work meant that we wanted to develop a service to support others.
ADHD can be a chronic condition that impacts so many areas of a person's life. We have focused the support that we offer about the current guidance (including NICE guidance) and research. ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that we know impacts our daily life and there executive function. You may find you require support to learn skills to attain your personal goals. We offer coaching and self help programmes related to various difficulties including problem solving, planning, time management and impulsivity.
We provide a 'Gold Standard' Service in line with guidance, our professional standards and code of ethics. Fully insured, qualified and experienced.
