About us...

Our little team have known each other for many years. Our passion to help people with ADHD was fuelled after Sam was diagnosed with ADHD several years ago. After diagnosis, we tried to understand more about ADHD and support available - we didn't know where to start and so little in the way of specific support. Unsure of which direction to go or who to ask we started to delve into ADHD ourselves!

At the time, Rachael was already working as a Cognitive Behavioural therapist in the NHS and Lianne was a trained coach working within education. We found out so much about ADHD, we also felt that our experiences within life/work meant that we wanted to develop a service to support others.

ADHD can be a chronic condition that impacts so many areas of a person's life. We have focused the support that we offer about the current guidance (including NICE guidance) and research. ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that we know impacts our daily life and there executive function. You may find you require support to learn skills to attain your personal goals. We offer coaching and self help programmes related to various difficulties including problem solving, planning, time management and impulsivity.

We provide a 'Gold Standard' Service in line with guidance, our professional standards and code of ethics. Fully insured, qualified and experienced.
